Meeting called to order by Chair Bob MacIntosh at 6:00 pm.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

ROLL CALL-Elsie Jensen, Paal Hansen, Mike Donnick, Bob MacIntosh, Harley Trosch, and Tawny Booth were all present. Also in attendance, Jim Zittlow.

CERTIFICATION OF OPEN MEETING LAW-Minutes and Agendas were posted in all three places and on the web site.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES- Elsie Jensen moved to approve as printed and Mike Donnick seconded. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS - Bike Trail Head - Paal Hansen would like to suggest to the town that they put up a sign that would have space for some sponsors, events can be posted on there or some type of bulletin board for community ride, show a website and a facebook page where you can have some maps of different bike routes. Provide a message board on the internet for those who would like to find someone else to ride with. Also provide a water bottle hydrant or a self draining hydrant which can also be used to provide water to the community gardens and use for the ice rinks. Recommendation to town board would be to get that ready for this season. Paal will get some figures put together on how much this will cost and present at the next town board meeting.
- There was a concern that a citizen had regarding the action that was decided on the Olson project. The concern was the Planning Commission did not reference the towns comprehensive plan in their deliberations and that the plan specifies that newly created lots shall be 1.5 acres or greater. Bob MacIntosh has verified the understanding of the plan and believes that the actions were indeed consistent with the plan.

NEW BUSINESS - Updated Oconto County Applications and Recommendation Forms, the county has new forms that are fill in and printable online. These forms can be located on Oconto County website, however, would like the forms posted on the Town of Riverview website where people can make use of them. Need clarification from Town Board on the language with the Conditional Use Permit Application under Town Recommendation form states is not required for floodplain, conservancy, and certain shoreland matters.
-County is looking for some input on the projects that the Planning Commission has for the next two years. The projects will be to get volleyball courts in for the Fire Dept. Corn Roast, bike/ATV trail head, purchase playground equipment for crooked lake area and at the Riverview Town Hall, decorating the trees for the drive thru Christmas wonderland, and Old 32 Rustic Road. Goal is to have Rustic Road application submitted by July 2011. To help with funding in all these projects would ask for support from neighboring towns, bike/ATV clubs, lake associations, and hold fundraisers.

ANY AND ALL OTHER BUSINESS - Report from 6 Town Board Meeting - Nothing to report next meeting is scheduled for April 14th, 2011 at Riverview Town Hall, 6:30pm.
-Harley handed out information on a Landscape Architect with UPEA new to the area, her name is Sara Putney and works out of the Marinette, WI and Iron Mountain, MI offices.
