The Town of Riverview Budget Hearing was called to order on November 10, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. at the Riverview Town Hall by Chairperson Ann Hogan. All Board members were present and Town Clerk. Approximately 6 people attended.

Chairperson Hogan asked if the Open Meeting Laws were complied with. The Town Clerk so certified.

Copies of the 2010 proposed budget were available for those present.

Chairperson Hogan discussed the budget and reviewed items discussed at the Budget Workshop.

Wally Remic made a motion “to adjourn the budget hearing”. Seconded by Nels Jensen. Motion carried.

Chairperson Hogan called to order a Special Meeting to adopt the town tax levy.

Judy Wanner made a motion “to approve the town tax levy”. Seconded by Wally Remic. Motion carried.

Nels Jensen made a motion “to approve $41,500.00 for Town of Riverview share for a new Ambulance, $10,000.00 for Town of Riverview share for a used Rescue Vehicle and $20,000.00 for an addition to the Salt Shed for Storage. Town funds to come from December 31, 2009 unexpended funds”. Seconded by Wally Remic. Motion carried.

Judy Wanner made a motion “ to adjourn”. Seconded by Elsie Jensen. Motion carried at 6:20 P.M.
