The Town of Riverview Special Meeting was called to order on March 18, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Town Hall at 15471 Hwy 32 by Chairperson Ann Hogan. Board members Hogan, Booth and Trosch, Clerk Bubolz and Treasurer Smith were present. Also present was Wally Remic. Clerk certified Open Meetings Laws were complied with.

Discussed proposed lease with Wally and Teri Remic for storage of Highway Road Materials on Property and Building at 11510 Kalies Shady Lane. Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to prepare a contract between the Town of Riverview and Wally and Teri Remic to rent Land and Building (1020 square feet)at 11510 Kalies Shady Lane at $3.35 per square foot per year for five years with credit of .85 per square foot per year to the Town of Riverview for Base and Blacktop installed by the town on the site. After five years there will be an automatic renewal year by year up to an addition five years at the same rate unless either party requests renegotiation of the contract. Note: Total Town site work totaled $8724.26 and $4362.13 will be credited at the end of five years. Contract will run from November 1, 2009 to October 31, 2014 with payment made in two installments during May and November of each year”. Booth-aye, Trosch-aye and Hogan-Nay. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Hogan “to authorize Booth to negotiate with Beaber Construction for a proposal to construct storage addition to the Winter Materials shed. Shed to have Overhead Doors and insulation in the roof. Project to be completed in 2010 and total cost to be under Budgeted amount of $25,000.00 for the project”. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to adjourn”. Motion carried at 12:35p.m.
