The Town of Riverview Special Meeting was called to order on February 18, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Town Hall at 15471 Hwy 32 by Chairperson Ann Hogan.

Board members Hogan, Booth and Trosch, and Clerk Bubolz were present. Also present were Jim Wisneski and Paal Hansen. Clerk certified Open Meetings Laws were complied with.

Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to go into closed session”, Booth-aye, Trosch-aye and Hogan-aye.

A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to return to open session”. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to proceed with legal action on Mountain Lakes Road.” Motion carried

Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to go into closed session”, Booth-aye, Trosch-aye, and Hogan-aye.

Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch ‘to return to open session.” Motion carried.

Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to recommend to Planning Commission to pursue a joint Park/Recreation area cooperation plan.” Motion carried.

A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to adjourn”. Motion carried at 11:30a.m.
