Meeting agendas were posted at the town's three posting boxes by Clerk Bubolz on November 4, 2010. The meeting was called to order by Ann Hogan, Town Chairperson on November 9, 2010 after the Budget Public Hearing and Special Town Meeting of the Electors at the Town Hall/Fire Station located at 15471 State Highway 32. Board members present were Chairperson Hogan, Supervisor Trosch, Supervisor Booth, and Clerk Bubolz. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. There were approximately 15 townspeople present. The chairperson asked if the Open Meeting Law had been complied with. The Clerk so certified.

MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the October 12, 2010 had been given to Board members. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to accept the Minutes.” Unanimous consent. The minutes of the Special Meetings of October 19th, 28th, and 29th were reviewed. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to accept minutes”. Unanimous consent.

REPORTS

FINANCIAL REPORT.
The October Financial Report was reviewed. Ending balance in town regular accounts as of October 31, 2010 is $281,859.71. Report accepted.

BILLS AND VOUCHERS:
Approval of checks #11027 to #11076 in General Account. Motion “to pay the bills as presented” made by Booth and seconded by Trosch. Unanimous consent.

COMMUNICATIONS:
1) Web site-Newsletter is pending.

ROAD REPORT:

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
Riverview Fire Department by Don Seifert: Various wires down during storm and also a wire down 11/4/2010.
Crooked Lake by Wally Remic: One Brush pile fire.

AMBULANCE REPORT by Judy Wanner and Supervisor Booth:
Working on Driveway Lite. New Ambulance is ready to be put in service.

LAND USE REPORT: by Harlan Trosch.
No Meeting.

CEMETERY REPORT by Dick Booth: Lost some trees in wind storm.

ANIMAL CONTROL REPORT by Mike Rzepka: Two calls for Riverview.

RECYCLING REPORT by Harlan Trosch: New attendant at Crooked Lake.
WISCONSIN TOWNS REPORT: by Ann Hogan. No report.

LAKE ASSOCIATION REPORT: by Harlan Trosch. Crooked Lake R & R District treated 9 acres for milfoil in 2010. Town will release check for grant reimbursement for 2010.

SIX TOWNS MEETING: by Ann Hogan. Meeting is next week.

OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS

Hidden Trail ATV club reviewed the past years activities. Forest Service has been working on approving trail from Nicolet Trail to C.T.H.”T”. The project just needs Forest Service Supervisor’s approval so appears will begin in Spring 2011. ATV Club is doing a ATV Route survey at Sunrise Lake.

Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to approve Satellite Office Agreement with Oconto County Sheriff’s Office.” Unanimous consent.

Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to approve 2011 Town of Riverview Budget”. Unanimous consent.
