Meeting agendas were posted at the town's three posting boxes by Clerk Bubolz on June 4, 2010.

The meeting was called to order by Ann Hogan, Town Chairperson on June 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall/Fire Station located at 15471 State Highway 32.

Board members present were Chairperson Hogan, Supervisor Trosch, Supervisor Booth, Clerk Bubolz and Treasurer Smith. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. There were approximately 10 townspeople present. The chairperson asked if the Open Meeting Law had been complied with. The Clerk so certified.

MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the May 11, 2010 Board Meeting had been given to Board members. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to accept the Minutes.” Motion carried.

FINANCIAL REPORT.
Treasurer Smith read the May Financial Report. Ending balance in town regular accounts as of May 31, 2010 is $426,655.69. Supervisor Booth made a motion “to approve Financial Report”. Trosch seconded. Motion carried.

BILLS AND VOUCHERS:
Approval of checks #10795 to 10837 in General Account. Motion “to pay the bills as presented” made by Trosch and seconded by Booth. Motion carried.

COMMUNICATIONS:
1) Web site-No Items.

ROAD REPORT:
1). Working on preparing roads for asphalt work.
2) Received Crackfilling material.
3) Discussed Pearl Lane, opposing views were noted. Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to do a right of way survey on Pearl Lane.” Motion carried.

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
Riverview Fire Department: One motorcycle/deer accident.
Crooked Lake by Wally Remic: No fires.

AMBULANCE REPORT by Judy Wanner and Supervisor Booth:
Bids were opened on purchase of Ambulance by commission. Total cost will be $128,644.00 which $5,644.00 over Budget. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve Town of Riverview’s share of $42, 881.33.” Motion carried.

LAND USE REPORT: by Harlan Trosch.
Commission tabled the Building proposed construction deposit agreement. Commission will discuss Nolting Road as possible ATV Route. Commission recommended Paya and No Paya Lake Roads proposal for an ATV Route be denied. Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to accept Commission recommendation.” Motion carried.

CEMETERY REPORT by Dick Booth:
Proposed Cemetery operating procedures were discussed. A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to accept proposed operation procedures.” Motion carried. Vandalism at Cemetery was discussed

ANIMAL CONTROL REPORT by Mike Rzepka:
One call for Riverview.

RECYCLING REPORT by Harlan Trosch:
Rolloffs were available for Memorial Weekend. Discussed break-in at Crooked Lake Recycling Center. Trosch will replace items. Goodwill will accept Computer items at no cost to residents.

WISCONSIN TOWNS REPORT: by Ann Hogan.
No report.

LAKE ASSOCIATION REPORT: by Harlan Trosch.
Annual meeting was May 29, 2010.

SIX TOWNS MEETING: by Ann Hogan.
Next meeting is June 17, 2010 at Mountain and Library levies will be discussed.

b. Gypsy Moth outbreak was discussed.

c. Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to approve Liquor License Application for 2010/2011”. Motion carried.
d. Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to approve Picnic License for Crooked Lake/Mountain Lions Club on June 12, 2010 and for Riverview Fire Department Auxiliary on September 4, 2010.” Motion carried.
