Meeting agendas were posted at the town's three posting boxes by Clerk Bubolz on April 8, 2010.

The meeting was called to order by Ann Hogan, Town Chairperson on April 13, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall/Fire Station located at 15471 State Highway 32. Board members present were Chairperson Hogan, Supervisor Trosch, Supervisor Booth, Clerk Bubolz and Treasurer Smith. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. There were approximately 10 townspeople present. The chairperson asked if the Open Meeting Law had been complied with. The Clerk so certified.

MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the March 9, 2010 Board Meeting and March 18, 2010 Special Meeting had been given to Board members. A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “ to accept the Minutes.” Motion carried.

REPORTS

FINANCIAL REPORT.
Treasurer Smith read the March Financial Report. Ending balance in town regular accounts as of March 31, 2010 is $447,358.02. Supervisor Trosch made a motion “to approve Financial Report”. Booth seconded. Motion carried.

BILLS AND VOUCHERS:
Approval of checks #10703 to 10749 in General Account. Motion “to pay the bills as presented” made by Booth and seconded by Trosch. Motion carried.

COMMUNICATIONS. 1) Web site-Nicolet Walk/Run 6/5/2010.

ROAD REPORT:
1). Roads are being swept.
2). Discussed promoting a cleanup day. Last Monday in April was suggested. Chairperson will contact Lake Associations.
3). Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to advertise for bids for the T.R.I.P. Program.”
4). Discussed signage on Andersen Lane-Town will remove Private Drive Sign and install Dead End Sign on Andersen Lane.

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
Riverview Fire Department: No report.
Crooked Lake by Wally Remic: No fires. Acquired a 1989 Pierce pumper.

AMBULANCE REPORT by Judy Wanner and Supervisor Booth:
Next meeting on May 13, 2010, bids are due on Purchase of Ambulance.

LAND USE REPORT: by Harlan Trosch.
Discussed Building Permit Escrow program.

CEMETERY REPORT by Dick Booth:
No report.

ANIMAL CONTROL REPORT by Mike Rzepka:
Two calls.

RECYCLING REPORT by Harlan Trosch:
No report.

WISCONSIN TOWNS REPORT: by Ann Hogan.
District meeting was on March 12, 2010 at Carter and Board members received training for Board of Review.

LAKE ASSOCIATION REPORT: by Harlan Trosch.
Next meeting April 17, 2010.

SIX TOWNS MEETING: by Ann Hogan.
Next meeting April 14, 2010.

OLD BUSINESS

None.

NEW BUSINESS

A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve Operator License for Jamie Kay Voet.” Motion carried.
Town Assessor stated the assessment roll is not complete so a Meet and Adjourn will be held May 11, 2010 at 6:50 p.m.
A special meeting will be held April 16, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. to consider application for Emergency Relief and review and check roads to be included in 2010 road program.

CITIZEN INPUT
Inquiry on stripping Town Roads was discussed. Discussed ATV signage currently being installed.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “ to adjourn.” Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 6:47 p.m. and the next meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. with the Meet and Adjourn to be held 6:55 p.m.at the Riverview Town Hall/Fire Station at 15471 Highway 32.
