Meeting agendas were posted at the town's three posting boxes by Clerk A.R.Bubolz February 4, 2010.

The meeting was called to order by Ann Hogan, Town Chairperson on February 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall/Fire Station located at 15471 State Highway 32. Board members present were Chairperson Hogan, Supervisor Trosch, Supervisor Booth, Clerk Bubolz and Treasurer Smith. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. There were approximately 12 townspeople present. The chairperson asked if the Open Meeting Law had been complied with. The Clerk so certified.

MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the January 12 Board Meeting minutes had been given to Board members. A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “ to accept the Minutes.” Motion carried.

REPORTS

FINANCIAL REPORT
Treasurer Smith read the January Financial Report. Ending balance in town regular accounts as of January 31, 2009 is $1,342,942.80. Supervisor Booth made a motion “to approve Financial Report”. Trosch seconded. Motion carried. Credit/Debit cards were discussed and the consensus was to continue reimbursing individuals for items purchased.

BILLS AND VOUCHERS
Approval of checks #10599 to 10660 in General Account. Motion “to pay the bills as presented” made by Trosch and seconded by Booth. Motion carried.

COMMUNICATIONS

ROAD REPORT
1). Roads are presently snow covered.

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
Riverview Fire Department: One mutual aid to Crooked Lake.
Crooked Lake by Wally Remic: One fire.

AMBULANCE REPORT by Judy Wanner and Supervisor Booth:
Meeting on February 11, 2010 to open bids on Purchase of Ambulance.

LAND USE REPORT: by Harlan Trosch.
The Town Board discussed ATV routes. Jim Wisneski was present and explained the survey procedure and results of the ATV survey by Hidden Bear ATV Club of property owners on the roads listed on the Clubs September 12th 2009 #2 request/proposal to the Riverview Planning Commission. Elsie Jensen stated she and Geri Kolakowski verified the survey results. Harlan Trosch outlined the recommendation by the Planning Commission. Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve the roads listed on Hidden Bear ATV Club’s September 12th 2009 #2 request/proposal(Old 32 from Mountain/Riverview Townline to Paya Lake Road, Tar Dam Road from Niemann Road to the Nicolet Trail, Davis Road, Hickory Lane, Branch Lane, Tower Court, Deer Run Trail, Bear Paw Trail, Tower Way, Island Lake Road from Halfway Bar to Town of Riverview/Doty Line, Star Lake Road from Highway 32 to Town of Riverview/Doty Line, and Maiden Lake Road from Island Lake Road to Nicolet Trail) for routes for ATV access to Nicolet Trail and instruct the Clerk to prepare an ordinance to be approved March 9, 2010 at the Town Board Meeting and to publish the same.” Motion carried. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to prepare an agreement between the town and ATV club. Agreement to be same as one signed between town and Crooked Trails ATV Club.” Motion carried. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to add Elbe Road to the above list of roads and include in the ordinance.” Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS

Gypsy Moth spraying was discussed. A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to pay Oconto County by March 1, 2010 $3000.00 for spraying 75 acres at Boundary Lake for Gypsy Moth.” Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Hogan “to approve Picnic License for Crooked Lake Fire Department on February 20,2010.” Motion carried with Supervisor Trosch abstaining. Motion was made Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve Picnic License for Crooked Lake/Mountain Lions Club for March 20, 2010.” Motion carried.
Discussed use of Town hall by Pine Needle Quilters and amount of room required. Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve the use of the hall by Pine Needle Quilters for their Monthly General Session with a maximum usage of 60-70. Clerk to call President and offer room.” Motion carried.
Request by Crooked Lake Area P & R District and Maiden Lake Association for funds for milfoil was tabled and Clerk will list under Old Business on March Agenda.
Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to have Clerk sign consent for Century Link for Year 2010 and 2011 for construction, operation and maintenance of telephone lines on Town of Riverview roads.” Motion carried
