Meeting agendas were posted at the town's three posting boxes
by Clerk A.R.Bubolz on September 3, 2009.
The meeting was called to order by Ann Hogan, Town Chairperson
at 7:00 p.m. on September 8, 2009 at the Town Hall/Fire Station
located at 15471 State Highway 32.
Board members present were Chairperson Hogan, Supervisor Trosch
, Supervisor Booth, Clerk Bubolz and Treasurer Smith. All stood
for the Pledge of Allegiance. There were approximately 18 townspeople
present.
The chairperson asked if the Open Meeting Law had been complied
with. The Clerk so certified.
MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the August 11, 2009 Board Meeting
had been given to Board members. A motion was made by Booth and
seconded by Trosch “ to accept the Board Minutes.”
Motion carried.
REPORTS
FINANCIAL REPORT
Treasurer Smith read the August Financial Report. Ending
balance in town regular accounts as of August 31, 2009 is $501,862.69.
Supervisor Trosch made a motion “to approve Financial Report”.
Booth seconded. Motion carried.
BILLS AND VOUCHERS
Approval of checks #10325 to 10363 in General Account.
Motion “to pay the bills as presented” made by Booth
and seconded by Trosch. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
Riverview Fire Department: No fires
Crooked Lake by Wally Remic. One call-Garage
AMBULANCE REPORT by Judy Wanner and Supervisor
Booth.
Getting new members on board. Plan is to replace 1999 ambulance
in 2010. Calls are up from last year. Next Meeting is October
8, 2009.
LAND USE REPORT by Harlan Trosch.
LPlanning Commission will hold a Public Information Meeting on
Saturday September 12, 2009 at 11:00 for ATV route discussion
and future plans for Town of Riverview trails. Discussed Building
Inspection Deposit Program.
CEMETERY REPORT by Dick Booth.
Road in new portion will be Double chipped Sealed this week.
ANIMAL CONTROL REPORT by Mike Rzepka.
One call last month.
RECYCLING REPORT by Harlan Trosch.
Roll offs are being removed.
WISCONSIN TOWNS REPORT by Ann Hogan.

LAKE ASSOCIATION REPORT by Harlan Trosch.
No report.
NINE TOWN MEETING by Ann Hogan.
Working on Long Range Plans and setting Goals.
OLD BUSINESS
Gypsy Moth grant application was filed with the County by Gerald
Yaedke for Boundary lake, Kalies Shady Lane area and a strip
along C.T.H. “W” in Crooked Lake
NEW BUSINESS
Discussed proposed assessor maintenance contract. A
motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve
the two year contract effective 1/1/2010.” Motion carried.

by Trosch. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
and the next meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2009 at 7:00
p.m.at the Riverview Town Hall/Fire Station at 15471 Highway
32.
