Notices for this meeting were posted at the town's three posting boxes by Clerk A.R.Bubolz on June 9, 2009.

The meeting was called to order by Ann Hogan, Town Chairperson at 7:00 p.m. on July 14, 2009 at the Town Hall/Fire Station located at 15471 State Highway 32.

Board members present were Chairperson Hogan, Supervisor Trosch , Supervisor Booth, Clerk Bubolz and Treasurer Smith. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. There were approximately 13 townspeople present.

The chairperson asked if the Open Meeting Law had been complied with. The Clerk so certified.

MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the June 9, 2009 Board Meeting had been given to Board members. The minutes of Special Meeting of July 2, 2009 was read by the Clerk. A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “ to accept the Board Minutes and Special Meeting Minutes.” Motion carried.

REPORTS

FINANCIAL REPORT
Treasurer Smith read the June Financial Report. Ending balance in town regular accounts as of June 30, 2009 is $391,458.19. Supervisor Trosch made a motion “to approve Financial Report”. Booth seconded. Motion carried.

BILLS AND VOUCHERS
Approval of checks #10234 to 10279 in General Account. Motion “to pay the bills as presented” made by Booth and seconded by Trosch. Motion carried.

COMMUNICATIONS

1)	Web site - no items.
2)	Discussed communication from Oconto County and Chairperson’s letter to Oconto County asking for reconsideration of the sale of property on Torsci Lane.
3)	Letter from Bonita Reed to Congressman Kagen and reply to Ms. Reed from Chairperson was discussed.

ROAD REPORT

1)	Preparing for Blacktopping.

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
Riverview Fire Department: Three fires-No structures.
Crooked Lake by Wally Remic. One call-Ditch line.

AMBULANCE REPORT by Judy Wanner and Supervisor Booth.
Next Meeting is August 18, 2009.

LAND USE REPORT by Harlan Trosch.
Planning Commission accepted Public input on June 30, 2009 for Opening Island Lake Road from Snowmobile Trail East to State Hwy 32 for an ATV access route. Subject was tabled until a ATV Club address various problems. Commission is looking into a logo/identity for the Town of Riverview.

CEMETERY REPORT by Dick Booth.
Road in new portion will be Double chipped Sealed.

ANIMAL CONTROL REPORT by Mike Rzepka.
One call last month. Has classes for continuing education arranged.

RECYCLING REPORT by Harlan Trosch.
Rolloffs were discussed.

WISCONSIN TOWNS REPORT by Ann Hogan.
No Report.

LAKE ASSOCIATION REPORT by Harlan Trosch.
No report.

NINE TOWN MEETING by Ann Hogan.
Next meeting is 7/29/2009 and will talk about Law enforcement and Municipal Court System.

OLD BUSINESS

a.	Opening Mountain Lakes and Booth Lane to ATVs was tabled.
b.	Emergency Relief Fund Guidelines were received from Citizen Committee.

NEW BUSINESS

a.	A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve Bartenders Licenses for Diana Blatz, Jodie Jaskolski and Audra Demmith.” Motion carried.
b.	A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve applications by Crooked Trails ATV Club for picnic license on October 3, 2009 and Riverview Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary for picnic license on September 5, 2009.” Motion carried
c.	A motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to approve acquiring Parcel 036-64-28015212F1(Pritchard Lane) from the County who will be taking property by Tax Deed with a maximum $200.00 of legal fees to be paid by Town.” Motion carried.

CITIZEN INPUT
ATV usage on Maiden Lake was discussed.

ADJOURNMENT
“Motion to adjourn” made by Trosch, seconded by Booth. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m. and the next meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.at the Riverview Town Hall/Fire Station at 15471 Highway 32.
