Meeting agendas were posted at the town's three posting boxes by Clerk A.R.Bubolz on October 8, 2009. The meeting was called to order by Ann Hogan, Town Chairperson at 7:00 p.m. on October 13, 2009 at the Town Hall/Fire Station located at 15471 State Highway 32. Board members present were Chairperson Hogan, Supervisor Trosch, Supervisor Booth, Clerk Bubolz and Treasurer Smith. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. There were approximately 17 townspeople present. The chairperson asked if the Open Meeting Law had been complied with. The Clerk so certified.

MINUTES
Copies of the minutes of the September 8, 2009 Board Meeting had been given to Board members. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “ to accept the Board Minutes.” Motion carried.

FINANCIAL REPORT
Treasurer Smith read the September Financial Report. Ending balance in town regular accounts as of September 30, 2009 is $363,402.15. Supervisor Booth made a motion “to approve Financial Report”. Trosch seconded. Motion carried.

BILLS AND VOUCHERS
Approval of checks #10364 to 10416 in General Account. Motion “to pay the bills as presented” made by Trosch and seconded by Booth. Motion carried.

COMMUNICATIONS

1)	Web site-Treasurer reported on public use of web site.
2)	Letter from Chuck Wiley on outstanding performance by Jim Hileman at Tar Dam Dump.
3)	Report by Chairperson Hogan on Tree Buffer along Island Lake Road and request by Mike Hedman to use donated funds to construct a winter warming house and hockey ring. Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to authorize the use of donated funds on town property for park projects with a yearly report of donations and expenditures furnished to the Town.” Motion carried

ROAD REPORT

1)	Martini Road base work is completed. Discussed patching damage at construction site on Tellier Lane. Working on brushing and will start fall patching.

FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
Riverview Fire Department: Three calls
Crooked Lake by Wally Remic: No calls

AMBULANCE REPORT by Judy Wanner and Supervisor Booth
Presented budget and discussed purchase of New Ambulance and replacing Rescue Vehicle.

LAND USE REPORT by Harlan Trosch
Planning commission recommends approval of Land Division for Helen Piso, Section 35, T32N,R16E. Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to approve land division”. Motion carried. Planning Commission will discuss Building Inspection Deposit Program further.

CEMETERY REPORT by Dick Booth
Landscape project was awarded. 2010 budget per township is $1,500.00 per town.

ANIMAL CONTROL REPORT by Mike Rzepka
Two calls last month.

RECYCLING REPORT by Harlan Trosch
New prices were received from the County for recycle items.

WISCONSIN TOWNS REPORT by Ann Hogan

LAKE ASSOCIATION REPORT by Harlan Trosch

NINE TOWN MEETING by Ann Hogan
Next meeting is scheduled for October 26 @ 6:30 at Breed.

Gypsy Moth grant application was filed with the County on the 4th of September by Gerald Yaedke for Boundary lake, Kalies Shady Lane area and a strip along C.T.H. “W” in Crooked Lake.

Discussed proposed ATV Trail by Hidden Bear ATV Club. A motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to have Town of Riverview send a letter to Forest Service supporting the trail from Boulder Lake to Nicolet Trail with town approval for the use of Mountain Lakes Road and Thelen Road in the Town of Riverview.” Motion carried.

A request by ATV Club to open various roads in the town was tabled by Planning Commission and more information will be forthcoming.

Motion was made by Trosch and seconded by Booth “to appoint Geri Kolakowski as Secretary of the Planning Commission.” Motion carried.

Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to approved Bartenders License for Mike Hedman and Amanda Merkt.” Motion carried.

Motion was made by Booth and seconded by Trosch “to have the Town Board of the Town of Riverview go on record in support of the Northern Oconto County Alcohol & Drug Coalition.” Motion carried.

2010 Budget workshop was set for October 27th @ 5:00 p.m. and the 2010 Public Budget Hearing will be held Tuesday November 10, 2009 @ 6:00 p.m. and a special meeting to adopt the town tax levy will be held immediate following.

Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 8:11 p.m. and the next meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2009 and will follow the 2010 Public Budget Hearing and special meeting to adopt the tax levy which will start at 6:00 p.m. at the Riverview Town Hall/Fire Station at 15471 Highway 32.
