The meeting began at 11:00 am. Planning Commissioners present were: Bob MacIntosh, Elsie Jensen, Geri Kolakowski, Erv Limberg and Harley Trosch. Others present: Marge Butler- Secretary. Approximately 60 people were in the audience including members of the Hidden Bear Trail ATV Club.

The purpose of the meeting was to: Hear a presentation by the Hidden Bear Club ATV club regarding proposals for future ATV Trail access and expansion. Following the presentation, those in the audience asked questions about the two proposals presented, made comments, and identified concerns. The presentation included a large map of the current and proposed trails.

The meeting concluded at 12:30.
