Missing, Elsie Jensen. The chairman asked for certification of posting and it had been posted in all three places. Erv Limberg moved to accept minutes as printed and Harley Trosch seconded.

New Business
The 3 to 5 and 10 year plan was discussed at great length. We have a lot of possibilities for the 19 acres. We have made a list of what has already been done to improve this property. Grass has been planted on three sides of the building. Two rows of trees will be planted to hide the salt shed along Island Lake Road. The family ice rink has been expanded and the hockey ice rink is being worked on. It is over the proposed volleyball court. The family rink is ready for this winter and there will be a link on the website for "Park and Recreation" that anyone can click on to find out if the rink is open. The family ice rink is the one by the highway surrounded by trees. We need a storage shed to house the picnic tables and the loader for the salt. Power was discussed and we will need more power for any projects that need lighting. Bob MacIntosh will contact Mr.Gries and get an updated plan of this property from him, with our improvements already in place on it. It was suggested to contact Paal Hansen to help with ideas for the property. Mr. Hansen has a master's degree in recreational property management. We will send him notification of the next meeting and ask him to attend. Erv Limberg volunteered to get some approximate measurements of what is already in place, giving us a better idea of what still needs to be done.

Old Business
Chairman Bob MacIntosh called the Riverview Town Chairman to get an update on Mountain Lakes Road. One of the residents, Patrick Kryzanck has put up snow fence, signs and some garbage to block the road. He will be served papers by the Sheriff's Dept. to remove it all. He had attended the Town Meeting and said his grandfather had given the town the land for the road and he could take it back. We have a 1936 plat book and he did not own the land and the road was already there.

The Town Board of the Town of Riverview has recognized the "Significant Work" done on the Town Logo. Thanks again to Erv Limberg and Chris Donnick.

Harley Trosch moved to adjourn and Erv Limberg seconded. Motion carried and adjourned at 6:53.

Respectfully submitted,

Geri Kolakowski
