Notices for this meeting were posted at the Town’s posting sites.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman MacIntosh at 6:00 pm. Commissioners present were Bob MacIntosh, Harley Trosch, Gail Davis, Elsie Jensen and Erv Limberg. Others present were members of the Leroy Davis family, Jess Smith and Secretary Butler.

Action Taken:
Approval of Minutes from the August 26, 2008 meeting. Motion made by Davis, seconded by Jensen and passed unanimously.

Discussion:
Request for a land division by Leroy Davis to create 4 lots. A land division for this property was approved by the state many years ago, but never was recorded. This occurred prior to the creation of the Riverview Planning Commission. Motion was made to recommend approval of the land division. Motion passed: Limberg/Davis/unanimous.

Update on the Adopt a Tree program:
MacIntosh gave a report on the results of the first meeting of the planning group. The second meeting will be held on October 4, 2008.

Other Business:
Harley Trosch gave a report on the progress of OCPAC (Oconto County Planning Advisory Committee).
