Action Taken:
Approval of Minutes from February 5, 2008 meeting postponed to next meeting. Approval of Minutes from February 26, 2008 meeting approved. Limberg/Trosch/unanimous.

Discussion:
Request from Casey Ludwig for conditional use permit for zoo/retail sales/fireworks. Much of the discussion centered on the issue that Mr. Ludwig had never gotten an occupancy permit to live above his garage, which he is doing now. Duff Lever was critical of the fact that Casey continued with the project without ever applying for a permit to do so. Now that the work is done, it will be difficult for Duff to inspect the work done to find if it is in compliance with the law. He had made it clear to Mr. Ludwig when the garage permit was granted that he would also need an occupancy permit if it were to be lived in. At that time, Casey assured Duff that it would not be a domicile. Commissioners had questions regarding the site plan, i.e. location of the waste storage, perimeter fencing etc. Motion was made to recommend approval for the conditional use permit for a zoo/retail sales/fireworks subject to application and approval for a UDC occupancy permit. Mr. Ludwig must get an occupancy permit prior to the approval of the conditional use permit. Motion carried: Limberg/Davis/unanimous.

Request for a retracement from Mark Wayne and Erv Limberg to correct an error in a common property line.
Motion was made to recommend approval for the retracement and dedication to the Town of a small section of land as indicated on the map. Jensen/Trosch/unanimous. (Limberg recuses)
